"Hello, I'm Roydon. I'm currently the Head of IT at MnM Academy , where I manage the day-to-day operations of the engineering department and provide technical leadership. My core focus is mentoring engineers , implementing CI/CD processes , and managing the full SDLC in collaboration with product, QA, and DevOps teams.

"My leadership philosophy is built on a strong technical foundation. Before moving into management, I was a Mobile Application Developer , optimizing codebases and integrating third-party SDKs. Prior to that, I spent nearly five years as a freelance Python Developer , building automation tools with Selenium and integrating APIs using Flask and Django.

"My career journey actually began in academia as an Assistant Professor. This experience in advising students and planning curriculum directly informs my approach to team building and my passion for mentoring junior developers today."
